2. Discovery call (day 1-2)

3. Scoped proposal (day 3-4)
We send a written proposal: locked scope, deliverables, per-scope pricing, a 21-day delivery window and an explicit ROI guarantee.
4. Kick-off (day 5)
If you sign, we start the following week. One dedicated point of contact at Codea, a dedicated Slack channel, and a first clickable deliverable within 7 days.

What budget should I plan for a typical project?+
An MVP starts at €15k, a custom SaaS between €25k and €60k, an n8n automation workflow between €4k and €12k. For long-term engagements, we offer a monthly retainer starting at €4k/month.
How fast do you ship a first deliverable?+
We kick off within one week of signing. The first clickable deliverable (mockup, prototype, first front-end view) lands after 7 days. The full product ships within 21 days for an MVP, 6 to 10 weeks for a full SaaS.
Do you bill time-and-material or per scope?+
Per scope, fixed price. We avoid time-and-material except for very specific cases (augmenting an internal team) because it penalizes the client on delays without penalizing the agency. Our ROI guarantee only works on per-scope engagements.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the deliverable?+
We keep iterating at no extra cost until the agreed business outcome is reached. If truly nothing works, you leave with all the source code and we refund the days not consumed.
